Aims & Scope

Interdisciplinary Social Research Reports is an open-access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research spanning the breadth of the social sciences. Our primary objective is to establish an inclusive platform that fosters innovative research and addresses complex social issues through an interdisciplinary lens. Our journal encompasses a wide range of disciplines, including all branches of social sciences, humanities, and fields closely related to social and human aspects such as statistics and computer science. We also place a high emphasis on the societal impacts of health, environment, biomedicine, and materials science. Adhering to the principles of credible science, we accept all manuscripts that meet our rigorous standards without bias. 

We believe that the significance and value of research should be determined by time and the broader research community, not solely by editors and reviewers. Our editorial process focuses on the technical and methodological rigor of the research, ensuring that studies are well-conducted, reproducible, and transparently reported. We do not reject manuscripts on the grounds of perceived importance or impact; instead, we welcome all credible scientific contributions that advance knowledge within their respective fields. We are deeply committed to addressing the reproducibility crisis faced by both the scientific and social science communities. Inspired by discussions in prestigious platforms such as Science and Nature Human Behaviour, we strongly encourage potential authors to submit reproducibility reports.
